Our training for organisations has two converging streams or goals. One stream is the flow of experiences of all of those in the workplace, as each of them moves toward wholeness. The other stream is the quality of life within the workplace itself, including those it is associated with and the environment. Competent work-life training brings both of these streams into conscious awareness. There is only one place where they can be in awareness and that is in the Self. This is where wholeness and quality of life meet within one's work and workplace. They converge in the single-pointedness and clarity of one Self.

 

True work-life training enables self-improvement by providing an alive experience of the voyage upon each of these streams. Wholeness within the workplace is an inner experience. It is up to you. No one else can do it for you. That is because it is already yours. Yet you forget. You have learnt to pretend it is not there. We remind you to be whole again in how you are and with what you are doing. This can be a joyful opportunity. Not like work at all! Yet it is always yours again at any time you wish to be this way in your Self and at work.

 

Similarly you each bring your own quality of life to your workplace. Our work-life training aims to enhance your experience of your quality of life whilst at work. This is possible with whatever is happening there. There is always basic goodness in life. Life simply has this quality, yet we forget. We can learn how to bring it back into our experience because it is already there. When we are all living into our quality of life it is something we enjoy to share. Our work-life training explores your current experience of the quality of life at work. We aim to enhance this by helping you to discover ways to rekindle the quality of life within and around you.

 

All of our work-life training encourages soulfulness as a way of being in the Self and at work. To be outside of your soulfulness is to have lost your wholeness, to have lost your quality of life. We have said that new life flows from a natural place called soulfulness. Being soulful at work returns you to wholeness, your natural Self. Being soulful rekindles your work-life and workplace. Then everything necessary is more easily carried out, more easily learnt.      

 

Work-life trainings are held in the workplace and off-site in nature or on retreat. They are complemented by our Work Life Sessions for individuals. Our Ways of Knowing Retreat is a training to enable each person in an organisation to relearn how to be in their natural Self-awareness as a return to wholeness for renewed quality of life, personally and at work.
