Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval Sessions
Soul retrieval is the art of renewing a person's connection with an aspect of themselves that they have lost their connection with. This could be a quality (e.g inner strength), an aspect of oneself at a certain age or experienced as a form of energy. The return of it may be experienced physically, emotionally and energetically. Insights may well also accompany this return or retrieval. The practice of soul retrieval is common as a shamanic practice in most, if not all, indigenous cultures globally. Paul learnt the practice from one of the world's most highly regarded shamans and has then taught it to trainee shamanic practitioners for many years.
These sessions are similar to shamanic journey sessions. The intention is more specific though. That is the main difference. In soul retrieval work the person carrying out the journey is intentionally asking spirit to assist in the locating of what you have disconn
ected from. This is then 'seen' and brought back to you (retrieved) in a shamanic state of consciousness in the shamanic journey. The part that has been retrieved is always considered to be in 'good condition' as you simply separated your connection to it so that its wellbeing could be retained. it is returned to you by having it blown into your heart and crown chakras.
Some of the reasons a person is considered to be likely to benefit from a soul retrieval session are that they have a sense of something missing in how they are with themselves and others, a sense perhaps of having lost an aspect of themselves during some difficult experience or stage in life, or a repetitive pattern in their lives that they can't seem to overcome. Single soul retrieval sessions often bring significant changes to these areas. The person also needs to make changes afterward in how they live their lives. Further sessions can assist this.
