The Life at Work Programs - An Overview

Our Life at Work programs are for individuals, groups and organisations who want an improved sense of personal competence and a quality experience of life within the workplace - personally, interpersonally and as an organisation.

 

Personal wholeness, work life quality and business success increase (and may become redefined) with effective management, self-management and self-worth within your work, team and across the organisation. Fulfilment and effectiveness at work can be meaningfully linked to each person's sense of Self and their Career & Life Purpose. This provides part of the foundation in mentoring and training for holding processes that lead to solution building and growth.

 

Our work helps build a higher quality sense of Self within the workplace by way of our four-faceted archetype and human development model. This approach addresses self-identified core archetypal strengths, challenges and the dynamics of potential change and resistance within each individual and team. We use Work-Life Training, the mentoring of our Work Life Sessions and our corporate retreats to achieve this. These help individuals and teams to address difficulties that actually reside with the Self, rather than presenting 'symptoms' such as interpersonal issues and unproductive behaviour. Symptoms, frustrating and damaging as they can be, will only shift as people are effectively led and managed to 'shift'.  

 

As each individual and each organisation is empowered to be accountable for their own issues we are being pro-active in building better work lives, workplaces, business wellbeing and potential future success as well as a bridge to better communities and a better world. Having been involved in consulting and change management for over twenty years we are not interested in making simplistic claims related to this area. Instead, our expertise and insight is directed toward addressing the real, often complex and sometimes quite personal issues that underpin work-life challenges as a potential for positive change and organisational development.
