These experiential sessions are designed to help access and release our own dormant or stuck energy.

Using creative methods, including breath, movement and sound, we tap into what is primal and hidden, unblocking what we have stored in our beings.

Through guided visualization and deep breathing we move into our bodies and allow rhythm from music to move us. Permitting sound to come from deep within, we release what we have verbally suppressed.

The result is that we feel the aliveness and joy that is our true potential and the freedom of free flowing energy.

Astrologers have long applied their craft to the world of business and finance, and done it with some success.

Financial Astrology covers such diverse areas as: forecasting economic cycles, electing company charts, recognising the cycles in the stock market and predicting turning points in company share prices.

Anne Elliott, a Financial and a Horary Astrologer, will introduce you to these topics and more as she looks at the tools and techniques used by Financial Astrologers both historically and currently.

Learn methods to elect the best time for to commence a business and how to choose a good company chart. Do company charts progress and are they subject to transits?  Are there cycles in economic affairs? How can we use them to improve our own financial positions or to make a living as a Financial Astrologer? How can we choose the most profitable company when investing in the stockmarket? What is likely to happen to my company of choice this year?

Using fundamental traditional tools like reception and dignity, students learn about horary and electional astrology. Horary astrology is about using the astrology of the moment to gain insight into situations or events; Electional astrology involves creating the best birth chart possible for an upcoming event or experience (like a wedding or new business).

Students discover how to use astrology as an oracle and will have the opportunity to apply astrological symbolism to real life questions – and get some on the spot answers! Horary astrology is quick, clear and simple and was the historical entry point for the beginner student.

By the end of the day students will have the opportunity to demonstrate basic skills in using the horoscope as a tool of enquiry and explore alternatives for creating birth charts for specific events.

This programme has been designed for those who are interested in developing an on-going meditation practice as a means to reducing their levels of stress, increasing their sense of wellbeing and developing a greater sense of fulfilment and clarity in their lives.A variety of meditation techniques will be introduced, with a view to finding one that is appropriate for each student to use on an on-going basis if desired. Some meditation theory will also be introduced.

These groups are for those who are in recovery; recovery from living a life that is not congruent with your soul’s longing.

Within the group, we explore the way we can ground your spirituality and/or shamanic calling, working with co-dependency guidelines.

During these sessions, we aim at gaining clarity around ways or situations where you remain challenged, are not acting from your integrity and/or unable to step into awareness.

In a contained environment, we gather in community whose goal is support in Living Consciously.
