Congratulations to Open Day's seven Lucky Door Prize winners! The day was a great success with people coming together to hear about courses and learn something new. I learnt where Astrology originally came from thanks to Kelly Surtees our resident Astrology lecturer. I also learnt a new and effective meditation technique thanks to Louise Gilmore who has been teaching and studying meditation for over 30 years. Louise runs our Certificate in Eco-Meditation and a recent graduate of the course has this to say:

New Moon February 7 1.44pm AEST 17 degrees Aquarius Solar Eclipse
The essence of this New Moon eclipse family (or “Saros Series”) is communication. The New Moon is also close to communication planet Mercury. Mercury is retrograde (moving backwards) indicating that with the complete over-emphasis on all kinds of communication there is going to be misunderstandings and crossed wires. This New Moon encourages verbal expression and talking things through. All forms of media are in the stimulated so expect major announcements, some of which will later be reversed. If the volume of information around you now feels overwhelming, break things down and focus on one fact at a time.

With Mars back on track and in touch with the karmic Nodes the confidence to fight for or protect the most important dreams in your heart is easy to find.
