Meditation practice can be revitalised by the skilful use of energy. Learn ancient but practical methods to empower your meditation and connect with the spirit in all things. These techniques will help you to access your inner world of power, energy and creative potential and connect with others through many levels of consciousness. Learn skills that will make a real difference in the world.

What makes this program unique?:

Eco-meditation is an important advance in meditation. It is practical and skills-based, but at the same time explores the inherent mystery of transcendent states of consciousness. It enhances a more heartfelt and powerful connection to the natural world and to each other. Your meditation is constantly evolving. Eco-meditation is the next step preparing you to integrate your practice into the challenges facing our world today and culminates in supporting the unification of consciousness.

Course structure:

The program is designed as a one-year part time Certificate with attendance at a two-hour class once a week in Eco-Meditation 1 and 3 ($295ea), a six-hour weekend intensive in Eco-Meditation 2 ($295) and a weekend retreat in Eco-Meditation 4 ($620). Students who complete the entire program will be qualified to provide ethical, earth focused and soulful meditation group leadership.

 

CERTIFICATE IN ECO-MEDITATION

Subjects: 

Eco-Meditation 1: Planting the Seed - An Introduction to Meditation

This term introduces meditation as a pathway to an advanced level of consciousness, facilitated by working in a group. You will experience practices to stabilise the deeper states that lead to the stillness of bliss. Then learn basic techniques for connecting with and supporting others and our world.

Eco-Meditation 2: The Meditation Journey

This term offers spiritually empowered meditations for continuing the important work on our own development and also moving step by step into connection with the limitless universal mind. Explore the transformative and joyful effect of that connection.

Eco-Meditation 3: The Way of the Future

There have been prophecies that our future is to build group channels for energy distribution, to support our evolution. Within the power, safety and balancing effect of our group we use the energies we have refined earlier in the course to penetrate to further layers of consciousness. We do this with the intention of contributing to raising the consciousness of humanity as a whole.

Eco-Meditation 4: The Path of the Teacher

Be a leader in this great leap of consciousness. The Path of the Teacher trains you to ethically and safely lead groups in the development of transcendent consciousness through meditation. It also equips you with powerful techniques to hold a 'soul space' for your students/clients and for yourself as your teaching role blossoms into your own spiritual path.

 Eco-Meditation 1, 2 and 3 or by discussion with Lecturer

LEARN TO MEDITATE


Do you suffer from stress, anxiety, addictive behaviour, pain, high blood pressure, a chronic condition or even a mind that just won't slow down?

This program has been designed for those who are interested in developing an on-going meditation practice as a means to reducing their levels of stress, increasing their sense of wellbeing and developing a greater sense of fulfilment and clarity in their lives.

A variety of meditation techniques will be introduced, with a view to finding one that is appropriate for each student to use on an ongoing basis if desired. Some meditation theory will also be included.


Structure:  6 sessions commencing Mon 1 Sept to 20 Oct (break 29 Sept and 6 Oct)
