Sometimes you can't just pack up your bags and move forever to the seaside so this series of workshops helps you reclaim, re-enchant and recreate your life from the inside out. If you are considering a sea change then you are looking for a different experience of life. The changes people seek through a sea change often do not last as long as they had hoped. This is because the person has not necessarily changed in any fundamental way along with their new environment. The 'Sea Change for the Soul' program explores foundations of where are you are living from in the soul of your life. It supports a sea change for your essential self or soul. It teaches you new skills, behaviours and practices for nourishing your soul life. Experience real change on the inside and allow it to ripple out into the rest of your life!

Sea Change for the Soul: Shamanic Journey

Shamanic Journey is a classical and cross cultural method of healing, empowerment and divination drawn from the traditional practices of medicine men and women. This program is a series of 6 shamanic journey experiences with a group context. Processes and practices for the integration and application of these experiences to ones self and ones life will be provided. This program is for those wishing to open to the support, wisdom and guidance of  nature and spirit in their life journeys in an safe, progressive and enlivening way. The Shamanic Journey offers ongoing support for the opening opportunities being experienced in the Sea Change for the Soul Program.

Sea Change for the Soul: Vision Quest

A true sea change involves restoring the soul to its rightful place in our lives. This powerful and vast inner universe speaks through your current situations, body symptoms, dreams and other experiences, including your interactions with others, nature and the world. The 'Vision Quest' is a nature based adventure into the landscape and alchemy of your soul life. Discover your life purpose and vision with others in solitude with nature as your teacher, healer and guide. Learn how to align with the elements and Spirit to empower a sea change for your soul through this three day initiatory rite of passage.

Sea Change for the Soul: The Soul Retrieval

The Soul Retrieval is the Sea Change for the Soul weekend for those who recognise the challenge to live more fully, with greater integrity and truth to the heart of the Self, as love, as life.
