Do you sometimes hear your mother’s voice as you discipline your children? Rather than just talk about unhealthy patterns we will experience them through inner work from both your perspective and your child. You will uncover some of the limiting beliefs and programming that you took on board as a child, which may be controlling your parenting. Activities include meditations, group process work, working with elemental qualities and more.

Awareness gained through meditation often provides invaluable awareness of our patterns, belief systems and attitudes. Meditation is also proven to reduce stress and anxiety and relieve the symptoms of numerous medical conditions.
This course is designed for beginners or those seeking to refresh their practice. The program is experiential - participants will be given the opportunity to experience meditation and to discuss their experiences with the other participants. Some meditation and awareness theory will also be introduced.

This program is a series of 6 shamanic journey experiences within a group context. Processes and practices for the integration and application of these experiences to ones self and ones life will be provided. This program is for those wishing to open to the support, wisdom and guidance of nature and spirit in their life journeys in a safe, progressive and enlivening way. Transformative meditation is an age - old method of developing mastery of various states of consciousness for self transformation and to play a part in changing the world. These intentensives provide progressively deepening meditations and traditional retreat components such as 'noble silence' and deep discussion to explore consciousness and increase our capacity to hold moments of mystical awareness.
